Terms & Conditions

Making an appointment

  • Two methods of booking

  • Offline booking via

    • WhatsApp me -> +65 9669 1882

    • DM via IG or FB -> @teedotnailbar

  • Online booking via

    • "Book Now" button on IG Profile

    • Linktree link on IG Profile

    • Website -> "Book an Appointment"

(Please book the time as per time slot shown on the "Time Slot" Highlights.)

  • Group bookings are accepted via offline booking method

Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposit will be used to offset your final bill.

  • Payment should be made within 6 hours upon receiving confirmation message.

  • Deposit is strictly non refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • Cancellations are strictly not allowed once deposit payment is made.

  • Any rescheduling need to be made at least seven (7) days in advanced from appointment date.

  • For bookings made within seven (7) days from appointment date, rescheduling is not allowed.

  • Only one (1) rescheduling is allowed per appointment.

  • For any unforeseen circumstances, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Grace Period

  • The grace period of each appointment is 10 mins.

  • Late for > 10 mins, deposit will be forfeited, you may still proceed with your appointment.

  • Late for > 15 mins, deposit will be forfeited and appointment will be cancelled.

  • Kindly inform me if you are running late.

Others

  • Strictly no companion(s) allowed.

  • Please do mask-up for the time being.

  • Please wait at the void deck if you are super early for your appointment.

  • Please drop me a message when you reach my block before you come on up.

  • Drinks are allowed, but please refrain from bringing food and snacks.

  • A rough idea of your desired nail art should be confirmed with me at least 1 day before your appointment.

  • Promotions are non-stackable.

  • You are deemed agreeable to the T&Cs upon the payment of the deposits.
