Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions are in placed to safeguard both you and Tee (DOT) Nail Bar. Do read through before making the deposit payment. You are deemed agreeable to this terms & conditions upon payment made.
Deposit Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your booking.

Deposit will be used to offset your final bill.
-
Payment should be made within 6 hours upon receiving confirmation message.

Deposit is strictly non refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
-
Cancellations are strictly not allowed once deposit payment is made.
-
Any rescheduling need to be made at least seven (7) days in advanced from appointment date.
-
For bookings made within seven (7) days from appointment date, rescheduling is not allowed.
-
Only one (1) rescheduling is allowed per appointment.
-
For any unforeseen circumstances, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Grace Period
-
The grace period of each appointment is 10 mins.

Late for > 10 mins, deposit will be forfeited, you may still proceed with your appointment.

Late for > 15 mins, deposit will be forfeited and appointment will be cancelled.

Kindly inform me if you are running late.

Other Important House Rules

Strictly no companion(s) allowed.

Wearing a mask is optional.

Please wait at the void deck if you are early for your appointment, no waiting outside of my unit is allowed.

Please drop me a message when you reach my lift lobby before you come on up.

Drinks are allowed, but please refrain from bringing food and snacks.

A rough idea of your desired nail art should be confirmed with me at least 1 day before your appointment.

Price quote to you will be final, it is non-negotiable.

Promotions are non-stackable.

You are deemed agreeable to the T&Cs upon the payment of the deposits.
