For December Festive Period 13 Dec 2025 - 31 Dec 2025:

Flat rate surcharge (If you only booked for Christmas): $8 for all other customer

Only accepting appointments with nail art requests*

No pedi only services for new client.

If you need me to draw intricate art or characters like maybe a Pikachu with a Christmas Hat, please let me know in advanced so I can pre draw it for you, so we can have an effective session.
For Chinese New Year Period 17 Jan 2026 - 16 Feb 2026:

Flat rate surcharge: $8 surcharge for package holders / $18 for all other customers

Only accepting appointments with nail art requests*

No pedi only services for new client.

If you need me to draw characters like fortune cate, zodiac animals etc please let me know in advanced so I can pre draw it for you, so we can have an effective session.

Book your CNY slots by 31 December 2025 to enjoy lower surcharge, any CNY bookings made from 1 January 2025 onwards, surcharge will increase to $28 for all.

Deposit
$20 + Surcharge Deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Punctuality
All appointments are back-to-back. Please do not be late—your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Cancellation
No cancellations allowed. If you’re unwell, please provide MC proof to reschedule.

Rescheduling
New appointments must be no later than June 2026. No changes to the service type. No refund of the surcharge paid.
